Meeting was called to order by Colone at 7:00pm in the Patricia Waters Community Room.
Present: Matthew Assenmacher, Jodie Colone, Mary Evergreen, Richelle Hocking.
Absent: Bridgette Rosek, Crystal Walter.
Also present: Holly Hentz, Christine Weber.

Approval of:

• Motion to approve the agenda as presented by Evergreen.  Seconded by Hocking.  Motion   carried.
• Motion to approve the minutes from June 17, 2025 as presented by Hocking.  Seconded by Assenmacher.  Motion carried.

Call to the Public: None present.

Financial:

• Motion to table the June 2025 Financial Report until the August meeting made by Evergreen. Seconded by Hocking.  Motion carried.  Weber presented a before-audit summary of accounts.
• Motion to approve Library Voucher #664 in the amount of $77,320.61 made by Evergreen.  Seconded by Hocking.  Motion carried.

Librarian’s Report:

• In-house Statistics: 5,348 patrons served; 90 new patrons; 6,325 item checkouts; 156 computer uses.
• Online Statistics: 3,383 Libby checkouts; 458 Zinio checkouts; 0 Fold3; 0 Heritage Quest; 0 Ancestry; 0 Tumblebooks; 26 Niche Academy uses.
• Other News: 302 summer reading signups (last year was 257).

Friends Report, with Debbie Kooperman

• Matt Assenmacher is teaching the Friends board how to use Google Drive/Docs on 7/16.  There will be some open seats on the board that need to be filled.  An ice cream social for the volunteers is set for 7/25/25 at 5:30-7:30pm at the Township Pavilion.  Local Jr Girl Scout Troop 40725 will work on a Butterfly House, plant identification signs, and helping with gardens.
